Cycle 3 Available in mid-2012.

Each cycle will cover the entire ABC's, numbers 1-20, standard colors, standard shapes, and standard themes such as seasons, apples in September, pumpkins in October, leaves in November, etc.  However, each cycle will also contain some themes not covered in other cycles, such as fairy tale theme, teddy bear picnic, and outer space.  In addition, each cycle will contain some of the same printables, activities, and crafts, many will also be changed each cycle.   While the basics are covered each year, variety is given in the cycles for students who are in preschool for more than one year, as well as to provide some variety for the teacher or parent providing the lessons.ong>

Why have 3 separate cycles?

Would you like to teach the same exact curriculum with the same books, crafts, printables, each school year?  Some teachers say yes, because they have a new set of students each year.  Some teachers say no, because they might have a mixed age group or homeschool and the students do not need a repeat of the exact same material each year.  Some teachers may pick and choose the best activities/crafts/etc. from each cycle for their group. Because at the super low price for one year (Cycle 1) and downloading each current month of Cycle 2 for free, that is an excelllent option too!   Cycle 3 will be very different from Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 which are presented in a very standard (and appropriate!) format using Letter of the Week in ABC order.  Cycle 3 will present the letters out of order and will strive to include some very unique activities in addition to a complete, standard preschool curriculum.

Can I download an entire cycle at 1 time?

Cycle 1 is available for purchase on CD for the 2011-2012 school year (Sept - June).  This is the same cycle that was available during 2010-2011, however the dates have been changed as well as some other minor changes and formatting.   If you want an entire year on CD, only Cycle 1 is available at this time.

Cycle 2 for the 2011-2012 is only available on this site on a month to month basis.  The first month available was September and was available on this site in August.  October was available in September and so on.

What are the themes for each cycle?
Each cycle covers all the letters, numbers 1-20, all shapes, all colors, and standard U.S. holidays.
